These terms govern all bookings and use of Minsony premises.
Minsony Ltd (“Minsony”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15126215 and provides treatment room hire and access to premises only.
By making a booking, creating an account, accepting these terms electronically, paying an invoice, saving a payment method, or entering the premises, the user confirms that they have read, understood and agree to comply with these terms and all associated compliance policies.
Bookings constitute a revocable licence to occupy only and do not create a tenancy, lease, exclusive possession, employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
Minsony provides treatment room hire and access to premises only.
Minsony does not provide medical services, clinical supervision, professional advice, treatment advice, client management, or business services.
All practitioners operate entirely independently and remain solely responsible for all treatments, procedures, services, client communications, client outcomes and complaints.
Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, franchise, or supervisory relationship between Minsony and the user.
Practitioners operate their own independent businesses and are not employees, agents, contractors, representatives, or supervised practitioners of Minsony.
Practitioners remain solely responsible for:
Clients must not be led to believe that treatments are provided by Minsony.
Practitioners must not represent themselves as working for, being employed by, being medically supervised by, or being clinically approved by Minsony.
All practitioners confirm that they:
Minsony accepts no responsibility for treatments carried out by practitioners using the premises.
For first-time bookings, practitioners may be required to provide verification documentation including:
Failure to provide required documentation may result in refusal of access to the premises.
Minsony reserves the right to request verification documentation at any time.
If any documentation expires, becomes invalid, is withdrawn, or is found to be false or misleading, Minsony may suspend or terminate the user’s access immediately.

Hair cutting, barbering, hair colouring, hair washing or treatments producing excessive hair debris are strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing by Minsony.
Ad-hoc users must not use the Minsony address for:
Unauthorised deliveries may be refused, returned, or disposed of.
Users must not publish the premises address on online platforms without written permission from Minsony.
Minsony accepts no responsibility for lost, refused, delayed or damaged deliveries.
Bookings are confirmed only when recorded in the Minsony booking system and payment has been made where required.
Access is permitted only during the booked time period.
Users must not enter the premises or treatment room before their booking start time unless agreed in writing by Minsony.
Users must vacate the treatment room and premises no later than the end time stated on their booking. Users are advised to book sufficient time to allow for treatment overruns, client delays, cleaning, tidying and packing away.
Failure to vacate the room at the end of the booking period will result in a £100 late checkout charge.
Where a user remains in the room beyond their booked time, continues using the room after the booking has ended, delays the next user, causes disruption to another booking, or prevents Minsony from preparing the room for the next booking, Minsony may also charge for any additional time used, any lost booking time, additional staffing costs, cleaning costs, or other reasonable losses caused by the overrun.
By making a booking, the user authorises Minsony to charge any payment card or payment method held on file for late checkout charges, overrun charges, unpaid booking fees, cleaning charges, damage charges, compliance breach charges, replacement costs, or any other amounts due under these terms.
Repeated late departures may result in suspension, cancellation or termination of future bookings.
Minsony reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access to the premises where it reasonably believes there is a breach of these terms, a health and safety concern, regulatory risk, risk to clients, risk to other users, or risk to the premises.
Access codes, keys, fobs or entry details must not be shared with any other person.
Users are responsible for ensuring their clients arrive and leave within the booked time.
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay required fees may result in cancellation of bookings, refusal of access, suspension of account, or termination of future booking rights.
The user remains responsible for all charges incurred under their booking, including charges caused by their clients, guests, staff, assistants or representatives.
By making a booking, creating an account, saving a payment method, accepting these terms electronically, or using the premises, the user authorises Minsony to charge the payment card or payment method held on file for:
Minsony may take payment automatically from the payment card or payment method held on file without requiring further approval from the user.
Where possible, Minsony will notify the user of the reason for the charge. However, payment may be taken automatically where the charge is due under these terms.
Card details are processed securely by Minsony’s payment provider. Minsony does not directly store full card details.
If a payment fails, the user must make payment immediately upon request. Minsony may suspend or cancel access until payment is received.
Unpaid sums may be recovered from the user, together with any reasonable administration, debt recovery, legal or collection costs incurred by Minsony.
Lost keys, fobs or access devices may incur replacement charges.
Users must leave rooms in the same clean, tidy and safe condition in which they were found. This includes:
Excessive cleaning may result in additional cleaning charges.
Users are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their clients, guests, staff, assistants or representatives.
Permanent alterations to the premises are prohibited.
Food is not permitted in treatment rooms.
Smoking, vaping and open flames are prohibited.
Pets are not permitted.
CCTV operates in communal areas for safety, security, compliance and incident investigation.
Minsony accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, stock, equipment or valuables brought onto the premises by users or their clients.
Practitioners are responsible for safe handling and disposal of clinical waste and sharps.
Sharps must be disposed of immediately into approved sharps containers.
Sharps must never be placed in general waste bins, sinks, toilets, treatment couches, drawers, bags, floors, shelves, cupboards, or non-approved containers.
Improper disposal of sharps constitutes a serious health and safety breach and will result in a £500 compliance breach charge.
Minsony reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the premises following any such breach.
Minsony may also recover any additional costs incurred in safely removing, disposing of, cleaning, investigating, documenting or dealing with improperly discarded sharps or clinical waste.
By making a booking, the user authorises Minsony to charge the payment card or payment method held on file for any improper sharps or clinical waste disposal charge, including the £500 compliance breach charge and any additional reasonable costs incurred.
Practitioners are responsible for maintaining appropriate infection control standards within their treatment rooms. This includes:
Rooms must be returned to a clean and sanitised condition after use.
Minsony may suspend access where it reasonably believes infection control standards are not being followed.
Practitioners are responsible for the safety, maintenance, suitability and compliance of any equipment they bring into the premises.
Equipment must comply with applicable safety regulations, manufacturer guidance and insurance requirements.
Electrical equipment must be safe, properly maintained and suitable for use in a treatment room environment.
Minsony reserves the right to remove, refuse or prohibit unsafe, unsuitable, disruptive or non-compliant equipment.
Users must not leave equipment on the premises unless written permission has been given by Minsony.
Practitioners must only perform treatments for which they hold appropriate qualifications, training, competence and insurance.
Minsony may request a declaration of treatments performed within the premises.
Any treatment that is illegal, unsafe, unlicensed, uninsured, prohibited, or outside the practitioner’s professional competence is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their treatment activities are legally permitted and properly insured.
Laser, IPL or any other energy-based devices are strictly prohibited within the premises unless Minsony has given written permission in advance.
Practitioners must not bring, store, install or operate any laser, IPL, light-based, radiofrequency, ultrasound, electromagnetic, or energy-based device within the premises without written permission from Minsony.
Any breach of this rule may result in immediate suspension of access and termination of booking rights.
Minsony may also charge the user for any loss, damage, investigation, compliance issue, insurance issue, enforcement issue or professional cost arising from prohibited equipment or treatment use.
All accidents, injuries, sharps incidents, spillages, adverse reactions, client incidents, fire risks, damage, security issues or safety concerns must be reported to Minsony immediately.
Practitioners must cooperate with any safety investigation, insurance request, landlord request, regulatory request or internal review.
Where appropriate, incidents may be recorded and assessed under applicable health and safety regulations.
Failure to report an incident may result in suspension or termination of access.
Any complaint relating to treatment outcomes, client dissatisfaction, refunds, aftercare, complications, consent, or practitioner conduct must be handled directly by the practitioner responsible for the treatment.
Practitioners remain solely responsible for resolving client complaints relating to their services.
Minsony is not responsible for treatment results, clinical advice, refunds, complaints or disputes between practitioners and their clients.
If Minsony receives a complaint relating to a practitioner, Minsony may request information from the practitioner and may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes there is a risk to clients, other users, the premises or Minsony’s reputation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Minsony shall not be liable for:
Users are responsible for arranging their own insurance for their business activities, treatments, clients, equipment, stock and personal belongings.
The user shall indemnify and hold harmless Minsony Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors and agents from any claims, losses, damages, complaints, costs, expenses or liabilities arising from:
This indemnity includes reasonable legal, professional, cleaning, repair, investigation, enforcement and recovery costs.
Failure to comply with these terms or compliance policies may result in:
Serious safety breaches may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
Minsony may retain records, CCTV footage, booking data, payment records and incident reports where reasonably required for safety, security, compliance, payment recovery, insurance, legal or dispute purposes.
Minsony reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where it reasonably believes:
Where access is suspended or terminated due to breach of these terms, Minsony is not required to provide a refund for unused bookings.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these terms, bookings, payments, use of the premises, or access to the premises shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By booking or using the premises, practitioners confirm that:
